You will receive all meals vacuum sealed and frozen, labeled with nutritional information, slow cooker instructions, ingredients and serving suggestions. 

Please indicate in the comments of your order if you have any dietary restrictions (gluten free, dairy free, etc). We will contact you if we have any questions.

Please have a cooler available or someone home during delivery time. We are not responsible for thawed meals and will not leave our cooler bags.
